Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SocialEmpire360.com and the Social Empire 360 client dashboard (together, the “Site”). Social media services are provided under a separate written service agreement; see the Social Management Agreement. If these Terms conflict with your signed service agreement, the service agreement controls.

1. Using the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our services, request a consultation and, if you are a client, access your dashboard. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping, or submitting false or unlawful information.

2. Client dashboard accounts

• Dashboard access is provided to clients and their authorized users only.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. We may suspend access to protect accounts or data.

3. No guarantee of results

Information on the Site describes services and capabilities. We do not promise or guarantee specific follower counts, views, revenue, passive income, virality, algorithm placement or any other outcome. Any sample or demo data on the Site is labeled as such. See our Disclaimer.

4. Third-party platforms

TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other platforms are operated by third parties that set their own rules and can change features, policies, algorithms and monetization programs at any time. Social Empire 360 is not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms and is not responsible for their actions.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, graphics and software are owned by Social Empire 360 or its licensors. Platform names and logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the platforms we support. Ownership of content created for clients is governed by the service agreement.

6. Submissions

When you submit information through the Site you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social Empire 360 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
