This Privacy Policy explains how Social Empire 360 (“Social Empire 360,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you visit SocialEmpire360.com, submit a form, use the client dashboard, or engage us to provide social media services.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Get Started / consultation form: first and last name, email, mobile number, business or brand name, website, existing social profile URLs, platforms requested, primary goal, content niche or industry, whether content is available, preferred plan, estimated monthly content volume, notes, and your consent to be contacted.
- Client account: name, email, login credentials for our dashboard (passwords are stored only as one-way hashes), support messages, approvals and comments.
- Brand and content materials you supply, such as logos, images, videos, captions and brand guidelines.
- Billing information such as invoices and payment records. Card details, if any, are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
Information from social platforms
When you grant Social Empire 360 delegated or partner access to a social account, we receive the data that the platform makes available under the permissions you grant — for example account handle, connection and permission status, published content, and performance metrics such as reach, views, engagement, followers, clicks and leads. We never ask for, and do not store, your social media passwords. We record the platform, handle, owner, access method, permissions, date connected and date disconnected for each account.
Information collected automatically
We record website events such as page views, “Get Started” clicks and form starts/submissions, together with the page, referrer and campaign (UTM) parameters, to understand how visitors find and use the site. If you accept analytics cookies, we also use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and collects device and usage information. You can decline analytics cookies in the banner shown on your first visit.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, schedule consultations and prepare plans or quotes.
- To provide, manage and report on the services described in your service agreement.
- To operate the client dashboard, including content approvals, analytics, billing and support.
- To send service notifications, such as content awaiting approval or support replies.
- To measure and improve our website and marketing.
- To comply with law, enforce our agreements and protect our clients and business.
3. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us operate — hosting, email delivery, CRM, analytics, scheduling and payment processing — under contracts that limit their use of the data.
- Social platforms, to the extent needed to publish and manage content on your behalf.
- Partners or affiliate programs only where your service agreement provides for it.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
4. Contact preferences
If you consented to be contacted, we may reach you by email, phone or text about your inquiry. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us. Service notices related to an active engagement may still be sent.
5. Retention
We keep lead information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client information for the duration of the engagement and afterwards as required for records, tax and legal obligations. When an engagement ends we remove our platform access and deliver final records as described in the Social Management Agreement.
6. Security
We use access controls, role-based permissions, encrypted connections and hashed passwords to protect information. No system is perfectly secure; please contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email hello@socialempire360.com. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law.
8. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new date at the top of this page.
